A customer is rejecting parts INA117KU as they cannot use tin finish. They said that the parts they have Failed XRF testing. Lead finish is 100% Tin (Sn). Please verify if the INA117KU is tin as they indicated.

Dear Customer,
The INA117KU uses the standard TI leadframe, Cu alloy base with NiPdAu plating finish. Tin finish has not been used on this device for many years.
Lead finish is clearly defined in the product datasheet, addendum page 1.
