customer use INA199 in the project and want to know how long the delay time it will produce in the circuit below.

The INA199A1 has a specified bandwidth of 80 kHz (and the R-C filters at the output might reduce the bandwidth further). This slows down the step response (see figure 7-14):

As far as I can see, it should be possible to correctly simulate the circuit above.

Hello Hazel,

It looks like they already have it in the simulator. Did they get something that is not what is expected or close to what Clemens showed? This is what I would expect.
