I would like to understand how to deside supply voltage VDD1 in the ISO224 device.

Does it affect resolusion or input voltage range?

Hi,

The acceptable VDD1 range is from 4.5V to 18V and does not affect resolution or input voltage range. This flexibility is enabled by internal circuitry.

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

The resolution would be set by the ADC measuring the analog output from the device.

It is possible to calculate expected error from the datasheet values of the ISO224 using this excel calculator.
