Please could you let me know if it is OK to drive the TRF1208 power down pin to 3V3 when the TRF1208 is unpowered (VDD = 0V)?
The abs max table seems to suggest that the Vpd allowed range is independent of Vdd:

The TRF1208 datasheet abs max's are a bit confusing as I was expecting to see VDD+0.4V if the abs max voltage for the pin was dependent on VDD. Other TI datasheets use this convention, for example the TRF1305B2 abs max table from the datasheet, shown below:

Regardless, in the design I'll ensure I don't apply voltage to the TRF1208 power down when VDD is 0V!
