Good morning.
For the high voltage DC measurement we are using AMC1351-Q1 (single ended input and differential output). To perform the Mote-Carlo LTspice simulations for the worst case circuit analysis we have used the spice model available in the TI portal.
Could you please let us know how to add (code modification) the gain and offset voltage errors for the spice model that you provided in the portal.
It would help us to consider the IC tolerance in the Mote-Carlo Worst case analysis.
