The device was tested up to 93.98 MeV cm2/mg LETEFF and SELs were not observed up to a fluence of 1E7 ions. SETs were observed, but all SETs were recoverable without external intervention.
So in short, no destructive events were observed up to an LETEFF 75MeV-cm2/mg.
