Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLE2142
Hello, I'm DongHun Jeong from LG Magna e-Powertrain Inverter Development.
The data I previously received is from Mr. Soomin Park, a representative of TI Korea, as shown in the picture below.
The data in the picture is a summary of the recommended current values for measuring the forward voltage drop of the Clamp Diode.
The recommended current value for the 7th IC (TLE2142QDRQ1) in the picture is marked as under 1mA.
The content in question is that a DMM (Digital Multimeter) typically measures the forward voltage of a diode using a current of 2mA. However, if the current is under 1mA, there is a risk that the diode could be damaged during the Vf measurement with the DMM. This is my understanding.
So, I think the range of under 1mA is too restrictive. I'm curious if it's possible to measure the forward voltage at values above 3mA.
And if it's possible to measure the forward voltage of the clamp diode at values above 3mA, please specify that value. Please respond as quickly and accurately as possible.
Please answer as quickly and accurately as possible.
