hi,

in sbaa553 277V is rms voltage and must be divided by 0.7 for peak voltage

therefore peak voltage will be 277/0.7 = 395 Vpeak

and then VLL is about 1.7 * 395  = 671 volt

are i'm true?

    The paper describes these parameters. The line-to-line voltage between the two 277V sources is 480V and is reduced to 1V through the split-tap configuration. The equation to get the line voltage is:
