INA241B: INA241B3 output non-linearity

Part Number: INA241B

Hi TI expert,

I am using INA241B3 to measure the current of inductor from LM5176EVM. When the inductor output current is from 1A/2A/3A/5A, the output of INA241B3 are non-lineartity.

  • Input voltage: 24V
  • Output voltage: 12V
  • Shunt resistor between inductor and output capcacity is 1mΩ
  • INA241 is connected across the shunt resistor, 5V power supply, REF is 2.5V

As you can see above, bule wire is the results from current measure probe; Yellow wire is the output of INA241B3; Red wire is IN+ of INA241.

Problem is that the output of INA241B3 is non-linearity.
