what is the accuracy for the energy measurement for INA228 and INA233. The INA228 the specified power monitoring accuracy has 0.5% of full scale over temperature. Does the energy measurement have the same accuracy?

for INA233 or INA232, does it means accuracy better than 10% can be achieved using MCU to calculate energy?

Yes, as long as you are using a precision time source, and reliable reading timing.
