TLV3605: Is it okay to have analog VCCI unpowered while digital VCCO is powered?

Part Number: TLV3605

On the TLV3605, our design may have the analog power rail (VCCI, 5V) powered off for extended periods while the digital power rail (VCCO, 3.3V) remains powered.  The comparator inputs (IN+, IN-) will be at ground as the whole analog section is powered off.

Is there any reliability concern with operating the TLV3605 in this mode for extended periods?

Thanks,
John
