INA271-HT: Maximum temperature for unpackaged

Good morning,

We are using your current amplifier INA271-HT, which has maximum operating temperature and storage temperature of 210C.

I was wondering if these are extended if it is supplied as unpackaged die (KGD for what I understood)?
