We apply the two package of OPA544 as a emmitter follower.
Under no load condition, the power consumption of OPA544T is about 100mA , and OPA544F is only about 25mA.
we would like to ask if the power consumption of OPA544T is normal without load ?
Could you please provide some test data about the power consumption comparison of OPA544T and OPA544F ?

The quiescent current in all the packages are the same due to the identical die. The quiescent current is approx. ±12mA (typical). With ±35V dual supply rails, the power dissipation under no load conditions are approx. 2*35V*12mA = 0.84W.
Could you please provide some test data about the power consumption comparison of OPA544T and OPA544F ?
In terms of power consumption, they should be approx. the same. There are some quiescent current variations between different Si dies, but overall they should be comparable.
The same things may be said about the static Tj temperature of different package. The thermal metrics are listed similarly as typical, so these Tj in these package should be comparable, if the quiescent power is similar.
