LM2904: Rail to Rail Issue

Hi Team,

Whether LM2904 is rail to rail device? I don't find it in datasheet.

And how about TL084H?

    Hi Francis, 

    You can see in the "Product details" if a device is rail-to-rail on the inputs and/or outputs side. In the datasheet, the specifications to look for are "Common-mode input range" for input range and "output swing" for output range.

    Below is a screenshot for the LM2904 product details: 

     

    LM2904 can only swing to the negative rail on the inputs (V-) but cannot to the positive supply (V+), and is not rail-to-rail on the output.

    TL074H can only swing to the positive rail on the inputs (V+) but not to the negative supply (V-).
