OPA2836: How to remove spike voltage without reduce the close loop BW when using OPA2836I

Part Number: OPA2836

Dear sir,

Customer to use OPA2836I to detect the inductor current of  3-phage PFC power stage (A/B/C phase),   the schematic as following,

you can find that there is some spike voltage on the output  (Pin 1) of the 1st AMP output,  which is from PWM. and the spike voltage of phase A (CH1 ) is close to  phase B/C (CH2, CH4)

But the 2nd AMP output of phase A (CH1) is more bigger than phase B/C (CH4, CH2), do you have some comment on the reason?

And any idea to remove the spike voltage from Power stage PWM interference except for Low pass filter,  such as parallel with 1pf capacitor with Rf resistor?  for  the lower close-loop gain,  the bigger propagation delay from input to output.

Nice day!

Regards,

Jack
