Can TLV9061QDBVRQ1 be used instead of TSZ181IYLT? Please let me know about critical difference between these two and name the parameters which makes the TSZ181IYLT very high accuracy.

Critical differences vary depending on the application. Some specifications matter a lot more than others depending on what you need the op amp to do.

Here's a quick comparison of these two parts. As you can see in a lot of specifications TLV9061 performs a lot better. However the offset voltages are very different between the devices.
