Hey Stefan,

What is the supply voltage?
The OPA310 has fail-safe ESD protection that allows the input pins to pin larger than V+ without damaging the device. The OPA310 is a low voltage device (5.5) and the OPA170 is a high voltage device (36V). Fast Enable Amplifier With Fail-Safe Input ESD

Thanks for your support. Since the supply voltage is 3.3V, the OPA310 sounds for an good option here.
