LM7171: rail to rail amp equivalent GBW of LM7171

Hi,

I am using LM7171 for laser application but hope to get rail to rail amp.

Is it possible to recommend rail to rail product equivalent GBW of LM7171?

I checked High-speed amps lineup but it might have max 100MHz.

I am going to use it for laser drive and which pulse frequency is almost 10~100MHz.

Hi,

I was able to look through our current portfolio and filtered out devices that are rail-to-rail with a GBW above 150MHz and found the following 10 devices. There supplies are limited relative to the LM7171 so it might not be a good replacement but unfortunately, this is all we currently have.
