Operational Amp. with high slew rate and low noise

Hi everyone :)

I'm searching for best solution for my application and need some help.

In my application there is very high requirments for Operational Amplifier.

So, maybe someone can suggest me Op Amp with:

  • High Slew rate (As high as it could be (10 000V/us or more))
  • Very, very low noise
  • Low jitter (10ps or less would be great)
  • Settling times 2ns or faster if it's possible

Here is picture with my Op Amp I'm using, and result not so good:

Like you can see, settling time is about 50ns and it has a lot of noise.

I have no limit to budget for this Op Amp so please suggest me the best you know.

If you have some other questions please let me know.

P.S. My Binary signal frequency is no more then 200Hz.

    A look at the TI Selection Guide or Parametric Search will give you the information you are asking for.

    Looking at your waveform, my opimion is that you have a less-than-optimum circuit layout or that the measurement is being limited by things like scope probes, impedance mismatch, grounding, bypassing, layout, etc.

    Current feedback op amps give the fastest slew rate and usually have low voltage noise. I suggest you look at the THS3091 for higher supply voltage up to 33V , THS3201 for mid supply voltage up to 16.5V, or OPA695 for supply voltage up to 13V. These all have fast settling time.

    Thanks for your fast reply. I forgot to mention, that I need supply range from -5V to 5V (-V = -5V, +V = 5V) or higher, for example -10V to +10V. If it's possible, please suggest me something :) Also 4 OpAmps in one package would be desirable.

    In my last post, I gave the equivalent single supply voltage for the devices. Most op amps are able to run from single or split supply as long as the device is properly biased. So the THS3091 with supply voltage up to 33V can also work with split supply up to +16.5V, -16.5V (or other combination for max of 33V) , THS3201 with supply voltage up to 16.5V can also work with split supply up to +8.25V, -8.25V , or OPA695 for supply voltage up to 13V can also work with split supply up to +6.5V, -6.5V.

    If you want to use +/-5V the THS3201 or OPA695 are good options to look at. For +/-10V suppy, use the THS3091.

    None of the devices I listed come in quads. The OPA695 has a dual OPA2695 and a triple OPA3695. The THS3201 has a dual THS3202. The THS3091 has dual THS3092.

    The THS6002 and THS6184 are quad CFB amps that are designed for dual por DSL line drivers. They are not quite as fast, but you get 4 amps in a package.
