I have to correct my statement.

I am looking for Avionics Grade which must be suitable for Air Platforms, Not Space Platforms/Programs

Here in my case its DO-254 Compliance, which is widely followed for ASIC/FPGA/ICs.

Kindly educate me here, when your customers chose parts for Avionics grade do they use AEC Qualified parts for adapting reliability,  or will be using special space qualifying ICs ?

Here i am aware that AEC is not a standard for Avionics / space, but people choose for better reliability i assume, so that they can qualify entire board for DO-254 screening.
