Hi team,
Do we have the graph regarding VID vs Slew Rate of TLV9054 like the figure below?
Best regards,

Hello Yamamoto-san,
Unfortunately, this is not something that has been characterized with the TLV905x. We sometimes call this graph "slew rate factor" and it effectively allows for the transition from small signal behavior to large signal response to be represented graphically.
I can take data to generate this graph if this information is important to you or a customer.
If so, please let me know the VID range you want slew rate measured from.
Thanks,
Jacob
Hi Jacob,
Thank you for the reply and proposal. Could you please take the measurements on the devices below?
- TLV9064, TLV9054, TLV9004, TL974
Regarding the VID range, I hope you to take from 0mV to 550mV.
Best regards,
Shunsuke Yamamoto
Hello Shunsuke,
TLV9004 will look the same at TLV9001.
Here is the Slew Rate Factor graph for TLV9064
I will collect the other curves later today. I am not sure if I have TL974 on hand in lab.
Thanks,
Jacob
Hi Jacob,
Thank you for sending the data. I will look forward to the remaining data.
Best regards,

Hello,
Sorry for the delay. Here is TLV9054:
I was unable to test TL974 as I do not have units on hand.
Please let me know if you have any questions on the data.
Best,
Jacob
