TLC372: Responce time and temprature drift

As i am using this IC TLC372 at 125 de g c

The response time is 200nS at room temperature.

Can anyone please provide its details for propagation delay and all drifts with respect to highest temperature (125Deg C)

Hi Sagar,

This is a pretty old part. I'll look into it to see if I can find the data you are asking for.

For now, a good estimate for the drift would be 20%-30% of the typical at room temperature.

Hi Sagar,

I looked through our database and I wasn't able to find the exact drift at 125C.

In general, we never really see any deviation more than 30% from room temperature value, so you may still use that as your estimate.
