Our customer requested the ESD please help to provide it.

    The MPY634 was acquired from Burr-Brown.

    Burr-Brown specified a single ESD rating for all their devices, but I can no longer find that application note. Assume that it has the lowest level.

    In any case, the built-in protection is designed only for ESD events that happen during automated assembly; if the line can be touched or is hot-plugged, you need additional protection.

    Hi Takako-san,

    MPY634 is legacy product and the ESD ratings were designed, tested and in compliances with the requirements at the time (~1995 period). 

    MPY634 product passes 500V HBM and 500V CDM.
