Dear TI

I have question

Rshunt = 0.02 ohm

IN+ = 7.5V

V+ = 3.3V

Question

1) INA214 gain is 100.

If Consumption current (I shunt) is 0.1A, OUT pin voltage is 0.2V? Is it right?

If V+ voltage is 3.3V, is there no problem up to 1.65A current? ( Out voltage = 3.3V)

2) If Consumption current (I shunt) is 0mA, How much is the IC consumption current?

1. Your calculations are correct. (The INA214 has an input offset error of up to 60 µV, which results in an error of up to 6 mV at the output. Also note the gain error.)

2. I_Q is specified as 100 µA. (This current does not flow through the shunt.)

2. If IQ is 100uA, What is the Supply voltage? (V+)

Addtional Qusetion

If D+ and D- are point changed, Is IN214 activation?

( IN- : 7V5_V2X_compensator side / IN+ : V2X2_DC_OUT Side)

The test conditions are specified at the top of section 5.5.

The INA214-Q1 is bidirectional, but it cannot output voltages below GND. You would have to increase the REF voltage.

If D+ and D- are reversed, What is the Out pin value? Is it 0 V ?

We connected REF Pin at GND.

2. Do we need the capactior from IN+ to IN- ?

Should we connect C1791 to IN- pin ?

The output cannot go below GND, so it will stay at GND.

The INA214-Q1 itself does not require a capacitor. You might require it if you need to filter the input signals.
