ISO224: ISO224IDBVR

Part Number: ISO224

Hi all,

We are using ISO224 isolation amplifier for voltage monitoring.

As per shown in figure the schematic and PCB design has completed.

Our measuring voltage range at volage divider is 0V to 300V.

During testing stage, I have applied 20V to check the status of the circuit.

In simulation for 20V input the voltage at IN pin is 0.650V and at OUTP-OUTN is 0.211V.

But at testing time Iam getting 2.56V at IN pin.

4.7V at OUTP and 0.06V at OUTN.

for 20V measuring voltage it reached almost its output level, if I go for the more than 20V the IC may get damaged.

How can we solve this issue?
