Tool/software:
Hi,
I am using LMH5401 to drive inputs at ADC12DL3200. LMH5401 gets differential inputs from a demodulator. Below is the circuit being used
- Demodulator Output will have a common mode voltage of 0.9V and ADC input needs a common mode voltage of 0V. So I am using LMH5401 to balance the bias voltages.
- Gain of the Amplifier is set to 2V/V.
- Output impedance of demodulator is 100 Ohm differential.
Following are the queries:
- As per FDA's, output pins (OUT+/OUT-) will be out of phase by 180 degrees from input pins (IN-/IN+) respectively. As I need to match phase at Demodulator output with ADC input, I am connecting DEMOD_P to IN+ pin, DEMOD_N to IN- pin and Out+ is connected to ADC_IN_P and Out- is connected to ADC_IN_N. Please confirm if the used configuration is correct.
- Please confirm if I can interchange signals at Input and output (like DEMOD_P to IN- pin, DEMOD_N to IN+ pin and Out- to ADC_IN_P, Out+ to ADC_IN_N) for same configuration.
- Do I need to add any termination resistors at input pins? or the used configuration is OK for a gain of 2V/V.
Thanks in advance.
