Which parameters are characterized and measured over -40/+125°C temperature range on the OPA2991(IDR) ?

Which parameter are specified by "design" over the -40/+125°C temperature range on the OPA2991(IDR) ? How much sigma ?

    Hi Sebastien,

    If the test conditions specify the temperature range of -40C to 125C then it has been characterized across those temperatures. 

    In this case these parameters were tested across temperature:

    • Iq - Quiescent current
    • Aol - open loop gain
    • CMRR - common mode rejection ratio
    • PSRR - power supplies rejection ratio
    • Vos - input offset voltage
    • DVos/dt - input offset voltage drift

    For this device there's no parameters specified by "design" across temperatures.
