LMV321: Can we use RC4580 instead of the LMV321?

Hi team,

I'd like to double check with you one thing here.

Could you kindly check if we can use RC4580 on current sensing application instead of LMV321? It seems RC4580 has higher performance than LMV321.

fyi, I understand that LMV321 is more suitable on that application, but my customer has a limitation to use it.

The LMV321 is optimized for low-voltage applications. The RC4580 is an old device that was originally designed for audio applications and that does not have rail-to-rail I/Os, so it is unlikely to work with a 5 V supply (and even under the best circumstances, the common-mode range would be a small range near VCC/2).

To help with selecting an amplifier, we need to know the actual requirements and limitations.
