The last character defines the lead finish and plating. It is defined in the SMD38535 standard.
The JM38510/11201BCA is available from TI with the "A" (Hot Solder Dip).
Usually, the "X" means you get whatever finish is available - so you can order either. But TI specifies the lead finish.
Electrically they are the same, except for the lead finish. so order the JM38510/11201BCA.
