Hello Ramin,
Thank you for reaching out about ARINC429 signaling. Could you provide insight into the following items, if you have the answers available?
1. Does this system need to be able to operate at both 12.5kHz and 100kHz modes of ARINC429 operation?
2. What is the line impedance for the cabling/wiring? This determines the required line power to drive a 10V signal.
3. TI HSAMPs has multiple different line drivers which could work in your system. Do you need a receiver IC, or can the signal be received directly by the signal client? We can provide FDA recommendations to help drive the line signal into an ADC.
4. What power supplies are available for this system?
5. Are there any test or failure conditions I should be aware of for gauging the performance of TI devices?
Best,
Alec
ARINC runs at 1MHz clock rate. Driver out put voltage is +/-10V and the receiver should be able to accept +/-10V input level at 1MHz I can supply +/-12VDC or +/-18VDC
Hello Ramin,
Thank you. I will take a look and see if I can provide some suggestions and perhaps a simulation.
Best,
Alec
Hello Ramin,
Do you still require assistance for your design?
I can recommend looking into the THS6232 for a first consideration for your design.

Alec
Hello Ramin,
How can we support your design? Do you have additional questions? Have you been able to look at THS6232, and are there qualification or reliability standards for ARINC429?
Best,
Alec
Using HOLT Semiconductor devices. Thank you
