Hello,

I'm needing a cross for the below amplifier. Would you guys have anything that is a direct replacment for the below? It would have to be High temperature as the current one is only rated for 125 celsius. I would need at least a rating of 200 deg celsius.

Hi David,

The HT op amp up to 200C is scarce. OPA211-HT and OPA2333-HT are the only ones that operating temperature range.

Would this be a direct replacement for a CA3140AMZ96? Because that's what im currently using. Thanks a million!

Hi David,

Functionally, it is direct replacement, but not the physical package. Epoxy model package is not well suited for HT application,

OPA211-HT has both nominal (-55C to +125C) range and the specific 210C performance characterizations, while CA3140AMZ96's datasheet seems to be characterized at 25C or room temperature.

Would you happen to be able to spec out a replacement for the CD14538b, I'm currently using these for the line driver and the same issue. Would you happen to have a high temp "direct" replacement?

Hi David,

Logic does not have any devices that are rated above 125C.
