LMH5485-SP: Lid Grounding Question

Please confirm if the lid of this part is grounded (electrically connected to -Vs).

Also - please confirm the metal slug on the bottom of the package is electrically connected to -Vs

I couldn't find these details in the preliminary datasheet

Hello Steve,

The LMH5485-SP has a metal lid (package is ceramic metal flat pack); this metal lid is electrically isolated. There is not a need to set a reference voltage to the metal lid.

There is also not a metal slug on the bottom of the part, nor is there a thermal pad.
