For the LM139JAN, all three orderable part numbers are identical:

Also, according to the DLA - the SMD 10102BIA is for a LM747 op-amp - not a LM139QML. So may want to double-check the numbers..

This is not a question about the LM139, or the LM747. Simply, a question of JM38510 Versus M38510 but, the question has been answered.
