INA214: Question about top Marking on INA214BQDCKRTL

Hello TI team,

We received a several reel with the manufacturer part number: INA214BQDCKRTL

According to the Part Marking Lookup page, the top marking for this component should be 13J.

But we received material with 14Q marking, and there's a lot material with that issue.

Was there any change?
Was this marking added in conjunction with the 13J?

If any be able to answer soon, it would be appreciated.

Hello,

If you look at where you got the 13J top marking, that is for the INA214BQDCKRQ1 not the INA214BQDCKRTL.

For the INA214BQDCKRTL the top marking is 14Q, so what you are seeing is correct.

Also Levi,

Are an document or something that you can share where the 14Q is referenced to the MPN: INA214BQDCKRTL , this because our end customer are thinking we put an a wrong component on their product.

This meanwhile the datasheet is being updated.

I don't have any documents I can share at this time, but the INA214BQDCKRTL will be functionally equivalent to the INA214BQDCKRQ1.
