Hi.. I am looking for opamp with open loop gain to use as a comparator.

But IC LM2902 is with unity gain.

Can you suggest similar TI IC with open loop gain ?

The LM2902 can be used as a comparator. But it does not have rail-to-rail outputs. (The gain is not related to this.)

What are the required supply and signal voltages, propagation delay, and cost?

All op amps have a lot of open loop gain. Like Clemens asked, what are requirements and purpose of the circuit?
