THS2630: Problem with SPICE modeling for output common mode control.

Part Number: THS2630
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4131,

Tool/software:

Hello,

We have been using the THS4131 FDA is older designs and want to use the THS2630 going forward. We are using +/-15V supplies.

The simple LTSpice model here shows that the output common mode control only works for inputs below about 2.7Vdc. In the case shown, the output common mode voltage is about +2.75V, despite being set for +4.0Vdc.

The output common mode voltage behaves properly when the THS4131 is substituted for the THS2630.

The header for the Spice model we are using:

Thanks for your help,
