The op amp supply is connected backwards (you are suppling -5V)
Also odd is that all pins are labeled as pin 6. Can you send the simulation file?

The attached files also did not work correctly for me. Oddly, old simulations I had that did work before now have the same error. I do have even old file that do still work because it is an earlier version of the model.
I put this old model in your simulation file and it worked. Note that your circuit is VOUT = -1 * VIN, so a positive input is not useful. The 1k resistor values pass a fair bit of feedback current, larger values should be used.
We will look into why the current model seems to be broken.
