Hi TI team,
Thank you for your support.
1. Is this board ROHS3 Directive (EU) 2015/863 compliant?
2. If so, Can you provide RoHS certification for this part?
Kind Regards,
Takashi

Hello Takashi-san,
Please see the attached file. The DEM-OPA-SO-2A is RoHS compliant and has an associated PDF document for Declaration of Conformity (DoC). This can be found on the EVM tools folder (website page) under 'Technical Documentation.'

Hi Alec-san,
Thank you for your reply.
The problem is DoC only states Directive 2011/65/EU (old) which is 6 substances.
What we asking is Directive 2015/863/EU (Current ROHS) 10 substances, though.
Can you give some advice?
Kind Regards,
Takashi
Hello Takashi-san,
As this PCB was designed prior to 2015 (and the subsequent enforcement of RoHS (3) occurred in 2019), the DoC was not re-generated to include the addendum of EU 2015/863 for RoHS (3).
The PCB is unpopulated and has no components or parts for a BOM, the EVM ships as only the PCB. Since there are no components to qualify, the PCB was not re-qualified after addendum enforcement. The DoC document does only refer to RoHS (2) 2011/65/EU and does not claim qualification with addendum 2015/863/EU.
Best,
Alec
