GND = -12V, V+=12V, Ref = 0V
With this setting, output is expected to swing from -10V to 10V.

This will work as the voltages are referenced to the GND voltage. Keep in mind that the total voltage should be kept below 26V (V+ - GND) so if your system is prone to noise or transients you may need to reduce the voltage headroom.
