LMH6629: LMH6629

Part Number: LMH6629
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software:

I used the circuit design from the LMH6629 datasheet to create a transimpedance amplifier. After simulating it in LTspice, I found that the transimpedance of this circuit seems to be only 100Ω. The schematic below is from the LMH6629 datasheet, the LTspice simulation model, and the output condition (green curve is the input current, blue curve is the output voltage). I would like to inquire about the possible reasons for this.

  • Hello,

I am supporting your question on LMH6629.

Could you share your target transimpedance value?

TI models are not natively designed for LTspice; it may be a good idea to check your circuit in another SPICE simulator, such as TINA-TI with the included LMH6629 TINA reference design.

    Best,

    Alec
