Hi TI Team,
I am a bit confused about the specs of LM139AW-SMD.
Let me explain the background story:
We initially picked out 5962R9673801VDA as it's a Rad Hardened component.
Due to lead time and cost concerns, we have found LM139AW-SMD.
From this datasheet, it is written in the introduction that Rad Harden components are available: LM139AQML
In the following picture from that datasheet, LM139AW-SMD is suppose to have a device marking as 5962-8773901DA.
However, under "LM139A SMD 5962–8773901 Electrical Characteristics DC Parameters", the title for 5962-8773901 does not have "QMLV & RH" while 5962R9673801 section contains "LM139A 883, QMLV & RH, SMD 5962–9673801 Electrical Characteristics DC Parameters".
1. Does this mean that LM139AW-SMD = 5962-8773901 = Not a Rad Hardened part? Could you confirm that "RH" means Radiation Hardened? This kind of aligns with LM139A-MIL. 5962-8773901 is also listed in this MIL datasheet, but this datasheet never mentions about Radiation Hardening.
2. Also, the LM139AQML datasheet lists LM139AW-SMD as "CFP-NAD" package, while the MIL datasheet lists 5962-8773901 as "CFP-W". Which package is correct for LM139AW-SMD?
3. Although both datasheet both contain "LM139AW-SMD or 5962-8773901", the ThetaJC seems to differ between the two. LM139AQML datasheet says 23°C/W, while LM139A-MIL datasheet says 86.7°C/W. Which one is correct?
4. Are the internal dies and structures the same in between LM139AW-SMD and 5962R9673801VDA ?
Thank you!
