When I try to update my 2022 PSPICE-FOR-TI I get the error:

You have reached the concurrent device access limit.

Too many devices are attempting to connect with the same access key.

What do I need to do to update my software?

    Hello Jim,

    I can help you on this.

    1. Did you acquire PSPICE for TI through the TI website?  Your download link should be linked to your myTI account on ti.com.

    2. PSPICE for TI does work offline, have you tried booting-up the simulator when off the network?

    3. It may be easier to redownload, with filling out the form, PSPICE for TI 2024.  

    4. You should be prompted to update when launching the software, and there is also an option to reinstall TI models and libraries from the Help drop-down menu in the application.

    Are you able to launch and get into the landing page for PSPICE for TI, or is this an error which prevents the software from loading?
