We are finding output values below the calculation and a variaton between diferent lots of INA, is this an expected condition?

Hi Fabio,
The INA139-Q1 has a max offset of +/- 2mV and with a gain of 27, your offset is going to be +/- 54mV. Thus any value that is 94 +/- 54mV is within range.
If you're looking for a part with better accuracy, I would suggest the INA186-Q1and INA190-Q1.

Are there another one with better accuracity but the same package (INA139)? if not we will try increase the shunt and reduce the gain to improve it.

Unfortunately we don't have any pin-compatible devices for INA139, increase shunt and gain should help resolve the issue to an extent.
