It is designed to be low output up to 20V and high output over 20V, but low output over 20V also occurs.

R263 and R264 set a reference voltage of 2.27 V. With the R262 and R265 divider, this corresponds to an input voltage of 20.68 V.

Change R265 to 156 kΩ.

Hi David,

Like Clemens mentioned, changing R265 will yield a better switching threshold for 20V.

TL331LV is an open-drain output so you will need a pull-up resistor.

10nF is a large cap on the output, is the larger rise time intended?
