AMC3311-Q1: LDOout Does not supply the required voltage

Tool/software:

I am doing simulations for AMC3311 and AMC23c11 for my voltage sensing application on TINA TI. When I connect the recomenned decoupler capacitors, VDD is 5V LDOout is 2.9V so DCDCout is 2.75V and HLDOout is 2.67V. This has to be okay for the device but it operates as fail-safe mode. Its not under the undervoltage limits. When I bypass the LDOout and give DCDCin 3.3V directly the system oparates normally. Could it be an error on simulation or is it normal?

Hello Saleh,

Thank you for your reply. There is my simulation Schematic is, as you can see the voltage rates of DCDCout and HLDOout is above the given undervoltage levels. All of the application is from datasheet except battery and voltage divider part.

Hi Yigit,

I attempted to recreate your simulation, but didn't see any issues.
I'm not sure what's the issue with the simulation software. You can also try using PSPICE for TI instead.
