Hi, Does anyone have a TINA-TI or PSpice model for the LM3900, I've been given a circuit diagram using two and I wanted to run some simulation on it.

Hi David,
We do not have PSpice model for LM3900. The closest op amp design to LM3900 are LM324 or LM358 or LM348. I put these models in the Tina file below.
LM324 LM358 close to LMP3900.TSC
The LM2900/LM3900 op amps have unique current differencing input stage, often referred to as a Norton amplifier, the mentioned op amp are based on voltage input difference. They are not identical, but it may be closed in behaviors than others.
If you have other questions, please let me know.
Best,
Raymond
Hi Raymond,
Thanks for the reply, yes I knew the LM3900 was a current differencing input stage and this isn't something I've seen or used before.
Hence, looking for a model to simulate the circuit I'd been given, I will have a look at the LM324 and LM358 which strangely are both also used in the circuit.
If I have any further questions, I'll get back in touch, many thanks for your help.
Regards
David
