Hi
Please provide the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for INA901EVM-CVAL
The product is CE-marked, we have stock in hand, and we are missing the CE/EU DoC.
I cannot find it on the T.I website either.
Thank you

Hi Levi
We cannot "ignore" the CE mark. If your response implies that T.I is not going to CE mark this board anymore, please further clarify:
1 - is this product somehow out of the scope of CE marking requirement, and therefore suitable for the EU market?**
or
2- it is under the scope, but as it is not CE compliance, it is not suitable to be placed on the EU market?
or
3- T.I continues to apply the CE mark, but draws and provides the mandatory CE/EU DoC.
**CE marking is mandatory for products to be suitable on the EU market if they are under the scope of one (or more) CE directive.
ROHS is one of the CE Directive. If the product is exempt from ROHS, then which exemption does TI use?
If the product is not exempt from ROHS and not meant to be CE marked, then we will understand the board is therefore not suitable to be placed on the EU market,
I let you, please, review the above with your compliance department and come back to me,
Thank you in advance,
Hello,
I will get back to you with an answer for this within a week.
Thanks,

Hello,
Sorry I didn't get beck to you last week, feel free to check back here and I will see it and respond.
Originally the team that released the INA901EVM-CVAL thought that it could not be certified, but I looked at the INA901EVM-CVAL and I don't see any reason we cannot produce and release a DoC, so I have begun the process of producing and releasing the DoC. It will likely take a few weeks, but it should be on the web after it is done.
Thanks,
Levi DeVries
