TLC3702-Q1: Need PSpice model of TLC3702QPWRQ1 which is modeled for temperature sweep

Unfortunately, our comparator models only model typical specifications at 25°C. We don't put any temperature dependent parameters into our comparator models.

What are you trying to achieve with the temperature dependent model?

The models we provide are not transistor-level models intended to simulate variation over temperatures. They are behavioral macromodels intended to provide insight on typical transient and DC behavior. Things that would vary in a real device, such as propagation overdrive dependence, are not varied in the models for simplicity.
