Hi,

I need PSpice model of TLC3702QPWRQ1 which is modeled for considering temperature(-40°C to  125°C) parameter.

I want simulated my circuit using PSpice for temperature range.

    Hi Rakeshkumar,

    Unfortunately, our comparator models only model typical specifications at 25°C. We don't put any temperature dependent parameters into our comparator models.

    Can you please help me to get the temperature dependent model or you can guide me how to model it for temperature.

    Hi Rakeshkumar,

    What are you trying to achieve with the temperature dependent model?

    The models we provide are not transistor-level models intended to simulate variation over temperatures. They are behavioral macromodels intended to provide insight on typical transient and DC behavior. Things that would vary in a real device, such as propagation overdrive dependence, are not varied in the models for simplicity.
