LMH6702: Looking for accurate simulation model for the LMH6702 part

Good morning,

I am trying to find a simulation model for this amplifier. I downloaded the model associated with the mil-spec part, I am running into performance issues with this model though. When I put the part in an inverting topology, the simulated outputs aren't working properly. I've checked my design, and have used this part in the same inverting topology I am simulating. Has anyone else had this issue with this model?

Does anyone have a simulation model for this part that works? Would greatly appreciate it if you can attach to this question.

For some reason I was testing the model back in the 2016 time frame, here is that report - that is very odd the tina model is not on the web folder anymore,

And an example gain of 2 tina file, in V7 so should open,

7128.Gain of 2 test for LMH6702.TSC

Hi Michael,

Thanks for replying so soon! Do you have a SPICE model by chance? I'm using OrCAD to simulate.

I also found it odd that the model was no longer within the WEB folder.

Well the TI folks are trying to migrate to Spice, they could probably take the netlist inside this model and support this request. And, in an ideal world, add both to the web folder. I could migrate this to LTSPice, but kind of getting outside my priorities.

I can work on troubleshooting the existing model and get you a helpful, working simulation. The LMH6702 should have a working and accessible model.
